GENERAL Refunds & Cancellation Policy FOR BOOKING OF Delhi Mall Complex Refunds & Cancellation Policy

  • 1: If Allotment is Not Confirmed
    In the event that the applicant does not receive an allotment, the entire registration amount will be refunded without any deductions.
    Refunds will be processed and credited within 45 days from the date of the allotment announcement.
    All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of registration.
  • 2. Cancellation Before Draw List
    If a customer wishes to cancel their application, they must send a written cancellation request via email to us before their name appears in the official draw list.
    In such cases, the full registration amount will be refunded as per the standard refund timeline.
    No refunds will be entertained once the applicant's name appears in the draw list, under any circumstances.

Disputes


All or any disputes arising out or touching upon or in relation to the terms and conditions of this Application/Agreement including the interpretation and validity of the terms and conditions thereof and the respective rights and obligations of the parties shall be settled amicably in mutual discussion.

The aggrieved party may also approach the adjudicating officer appointed under the Real Estate Act. The Courts at Punjab & Haryana High Court https://highcourtchd.gov.in/ shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain the disputes between the parties hereto.
